free shuttle clean room fresh towels
the hotel provides a free shuttle to the old city i found this quite convenient for travel to tourist locations the rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard fresh towels were provided the air conditioning worked well i found this helpful during the hot days
the bar closed at 11 pm i felt this was a little early given many guests were still enjoying their evenings there were only four cocktail options available i found the selection limited

super fun trip!
sweet gesture spacious room good massage
I got dinner right away. Abdel then waited for me to book excursions. the ladies in the hammam were so good, wow! massage was nice. i got to the room to find a fruit basket and snacks. That was a sweet gesture. the super clean room was spacious.
I was apprehensive because of bad reviews. i had a pretty good time. the hotel is remote. Nothing is within walking distance. i wish they had more variety of snacks.

clean room customer service reasonable spa
The rooms and hotel areas were kept clean . we were welcomed upon arrival and the customer service was really good. Staff met our needs. the entertainment team was really good. there were many things to do, including spas with reasonable prices.

The main restaurant had a good selection of food. It suited everyone and was fresh. lunch looked to have the best overall selection. It was our favourite meal. there were lots of fresh salads and the drinks and cocktails were good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They could not do enough for you. reception staff were ready to help with anything and was happy at work. cleaners and bar staff were helpful, well-mannered and chatty.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and decent. our room was ground floor and had a lovely grass area just outside. the beds were firm but comfortable enough. Good curtains blocked out all light. The shower had hot water and good pressure.

slow service long queues
i was quite disappointed with the bar service it was slow. the queues were long and only one bar seemed open at a time. sometimes they ran out of drinks before all inclusive finished that wasn't good.
